Service Description

A thorough assessment to diagnose ADHD, using standardized tests and clinical interviews. Tests examine cognitive abilities, executive functioning, attention, and memory. These tests can include the CPT-3, WJ-5, DKEFS and others. Assessments include feedback from people who observe the client (e.g., teachers, parents, roommate, etc.). The assessment will ensure accurate diagnosis and personalized recommendations. Client receives a full detailed written report at the end. The cost of the assessment is determined by your specific insurance policy. If paying out of pocket, there is a flat rate of $2900.
